Well, to start with, let's say about India, a vast country to look forward for heritage, culture and food.... everyone knows, Indian curries are famous world around, special preparation style of food with different spices to taste which will differ from state to state, province to province, and at times, from city to city, Let's see some pictures and some details of what we are talking about:
There are various styles of adding spices as per the taste and preparation style to have the best of aroma of these spices and well cooked food to have the taste, whether it be a vegetarian dishes or non vegetarian dishes.
It would be amazing how a different style of preparation can change the same pulses, vegetables or non-vegetarian items to taste so different and mouthwatering.
Different Pulses and grains, vegetables and chicken or eggs cooked in different way will give a mouth watering taste and a love to the taste for tongue and filling sensation for stomach.
Even adding up small quantities of butter, yogurt etc makes a lot of difference in taste for such food, and amazing aroma.

Then there are THALIs, the full prepared food requirement of one meal, consisting of Roti (thin bread made out of mostly wheat grain) with vegetables of pulses and green vegetables cooked well, daal of different Pulses varieties,  Rice plain and added with vegetables or spices and some dryfruits like Cashew nuts, Almonds, raisins, etc for flavours and taste called a Pulav or Biryani and some side dishes like chutney made out of mint, garlic, green pepper etc and pickles made from lemons, raw mangoes etc added some times with papadam of different flavours like black pepper or red pepper and finally to end with yogurt, butter milk and some sweets for dessert.
And these thali preparation will be different depending on which province you are in, north of India or South of India, traditional serving in South of India will come on the leaf of banana tree.
Mainly the food is specified with Vegetarian food, being main ingredients being vegetables and pulses. And non vegetarian Food, which will be added with mutton, chicken, fish and or eggs etc, though being a major Hindu Population, it would be difficult to get the beef and pork in this country.
So, to begin with food and we will go onward with different information to cover like tradition, culture and we will look forward to give you authentic and genuine information as much as possible. Hope the first post you will enjoy to read and will look forward or your comments on the same, and more what you would prefer to know about this beautiful country and your interest of places you have visited along with the experiences you had during your visit.
